DVM, Ph.D., A former director of Equine Research Institute, Japan Racing Association and currently works as a counselor.
He was a former International Committee member of ICEEP from 2006 to 2014. He worked mainly on cardiopulmonary function during exercise, especially effects of training in young thoroughbreds and mechanics of EIPH.
