Dr. Guilherme Ferraz majored in Veterinary Medicine in 1998 at São Paulo State University – FCAV/UNESP, Jaboticabal, São Paulo, Brazil.
Filipe Manuel Serra Bragança graduated from the Veterinary University of Lisbon in 2013 and then completed an internship at an equine practice in the UK. In late 2014 he started his PhD studies in biomechanics and equine locomotion at Utrecht University, focusing on objective gait analysis.
Dr Takahashi graduated in 1992 from Hokkaido University in Japan. He worked for five years as a clinician at the Racehorse Hospital of the training center of the Japan Racing Association (JRA).
Dr. Ken McKeever received his B.S. degree and M.S. degrees in Animal Science from California State Polytechnic University Pomona and Fresno State University.
Dr. Renaud Léguillette is the Calgary Chair in Equine Sports Medicine and is diplomate of the ACVIM (Internal Medicine) and the ACVSMR (Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation, Equine).
Dr. Anna Jansson graduated from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) in 1994 and completed her PhD on sodium and potassium regulation in athletic horses at the same university in 1999.

Sam graduated from the University of Bristol in the UK in 1995 and, following a period working in mixed practice, returned to Bristol to complete a PhD relating to dynamic upper airway obstructions in equine athletes.

Dr. Jonathan Foreman has served as the President of the Association for Equine Sports Medicine and as the Chair of the Sports Medicine Committee of the American Association of Equine Practitioners.
Dr. Davis earned his veterinary degree in 1988 from Texas A&M University, and earned ACVIM board certification in large animal internal medicine after completing a residency at the Marion DuPont Scott Equine Medical Center in 1995.
